Senior Executive – Put-away & Inventory Operations
Role Overview
Responsible for driving put-away operations, inventory accuracy, TAT adherence, audit compliance, and team productivity within warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive put-away productivity and ensure timely movement of inbound inventory to designated bins.
Monitor and improve put-away TAT, minimizing delays and inventory aging.
Ensure inventory and bin accuracy through regular cycle counts, system checks, and reconciliation.
Maintain audit and compliance standards across warehouse processes, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Lead and monitor the warehouse team’s productivity, attendance, task allocation, and daily performance.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and other warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
Prepare and track daily MIS/KPI reports and highlight deviations to management.

Experience: 3–6 years in warehouse / inventory / fulfillment operations
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred
Skills: Team handling, WMS/ERP, inventory management, MIS reporting, problem-solving, and process discipline.
