Role Overview
Responsible for managing day-to-day field and hub operations, ensuring process adherence, manpower productivity, inventory accuracy, and smooth ecommerce & grocery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, operational audits, and process checks across hubs.
Manage inward, outward, sorting, routing, packaging, and inventory processes.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
Manage blue-collar manpower, including attendance, productivity, and workforce deployment.
Handle floor-level escalations and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
Support hiring of Team Leads, Hub Managers, Process Associates, Drivers, and Bikers.
Track attendance, tech adherence, and workforce performance.
Support pincode-level expansion planning and operational readiness.
Conduct onboarding and process training for new Hub Managers and Team Leads.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
