Senior Executive – Control Tower
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage quick-commerce operations and dark-store setup, ensuring smooth execution and operational readiness.
Monitor FC Minutes operations and scorecard metrics, with strong knowledge of Flipkart operational terminology preferred.
Manage, monitor, and coach UTR (Under The Roof) teams to achieve hourly and daily performance targets.
Analyze operational losses and conduct root-cause analysis for process misses, SOP deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive productivity and operational excellence.
Coordinate with Flipkart/client stakeholders to resolve operational disputes, escalations, and exceptions.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP process desks.
Plan and consistently achieve in-house order processing targets, including time-based productivity metrics.
Conduct daily audits of inventory, order staging, and process compliance.
Ensure FIFO adherence based on product shelf life and inventory movement.
Monitor key operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel/MS Office.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.
Support process improvement initiatives and standardization across dark-store operations.
