Senior Executive – Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, timely execution.
Oversee Inbound (IB), Putaway, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, and Returns processes.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards.
Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on daily volumes and workload.
Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and process compliance.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with transport, customer service, and support teams for seamless operations.
Handle day-to-day operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular floor checks and ensure inventory and process accuracy.
Prepare daily MIS and operational performance reports.
Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Train and guide team members on processes and SOP adherence.
