Executive – Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track training coverage for new and existing employees.
Conduct new joiner induction and process training.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned training programs.
Drive skill certification and multi-skilling initiatives.
Identify training needs to improve productivity, quality, and SOP compliance.
Conduct safety, refresher, and process training as required.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance, and feedback.
Track training feedback scores, TAT, and training gap closure.
Monitor attrition of trained employees and identify improvement areas.
Maintain training records, MIS, dashboards, and certification data.
Coordinate with operations and supervisors to identify and close skill gaps.
Support initiatives to improve training ROI and operational performance.
