The Opportunity
If you’re considering a career change and have experience in customer service, teaching, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused role, this remote opportunity offers a structured path into a new field.
This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are dependable, professional, and open to learning a new skill set. You can begin part-time while completing training and transition into full-time hours (30–40 per week) based on your availability and performance.
No prior sales or insurance experience is required. We provide onboarding, systems training, and ongoing mentorship to support your transition.
What You’ll Do
This role combines customer service and consultative conversations with individuals who have already requested information.
Responsibilities include:
Following up with individuals who submitted requests through online forms, phone calls, or marketing campaigns
Scheduling and conducting phone or Zoom appointments
Providing clear, professional customer service throughout each interaction
Explaining available options and assisting clients with applications
Maintaining accurate records and following established processes
Participating in ongoing training and development
There is no cold calling. You will be working with individuals who have expressed interest.
Compensation & Structure
Commission-based compensation
Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities
Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
No required quotas
Entry-level commissions commonly range from $600–$800 per issued sale based on current carrier contracts. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual performance.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
