Role Description This is a full-time, remote Software Developer Internship (unpaid) role. Interns will assist in designing, developing, and testing software components that support the company’s financial and legal solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing and reviewing code, debugging applications, collaborating with senior developers on back-end web development, and participating in code reviews and technical discussions. Interns will also help document technical specifications, research new tools and frameworks, and contribute to improving existing software features and performance. The role offers hands-on experience in real-world projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to integrated financial and technology solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering concepts.
Practical skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in building maintainable, modular software.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.
Basic familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development lifecycle practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
