Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern (unpaid) will support the full recruitment life cycle for various roles across the organization. This full-time, remote internship involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in managing applicant pipelines. The intern will help maintain and enhance employer branding by contributing to job postings, social media presence, and candidate communication. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, updating recruitment tracking systems, preparing interview materials, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in recruitment, documentation, and compliance within a professional, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate talent and assist in selection decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization’s image and attract suitable candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a remote, full-time setting.
Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment tools, and online job platforms; prior internship or academic exposure in HR or related fields is beneficial.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools and willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently in a remote environment.
