About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Payments Products development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and modern integration patterns. Your responsibilities will include evaluating new ideas and emerging technologies, integrating AI components into enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms that impact global payment systems. You will be expected to stay abreast of technological advancements, contribute to a culture of innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and/or NodeJS; proficiency in C++ and C# is a plus
Experience building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, techniques, and libraries
Knowledge of application security, SSDLC, and cryptography fundamentals
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for AI model development
Proficiency in front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJS
Strong understanding of NLP concepts including tokenization, word embeddings, and sequence models
Experience with MLOps, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Ability to work with large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and handle multi-threaded applications
Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices
Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions utilizing generative AI and modern integration patterns
Support the deployment, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI components within enterprise applications, ensuring robustness and operational quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Cybersecurity, and DevOps to deliver comprehensive solutions
Contribute to the development of APIs that enhance the integration of Payment Product applications and platforms
Adhere to industry best practices in software development, emphasizing security, performance, scalability, and resilience
Automate development, testing, and deployment processes to ensure efficient delivery of services
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote engineering excellence
Manage technical debt and ensure high-quality, maintainable codebases
