What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with prospective learners and potential partners.
- Support lead generation and business development campaigns.
- Conduct market research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Engage with prospective learners through calls, messages, and events.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our programs.
- Maintain and update lead and outreach records.
- Support the Business Development and Marketing teams in improving outreach strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitch materials, and other business development resources.
- Support relationship-building with educational institutions and corporate partners.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for freshers who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and take initiative.
Key skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in sales and business development
- Ability to identify and follow up with potential leads
- Basic understanding of market research
- Customer-oriented approach
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus
- Interest in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working full-time and on-site in Bengaluru South.
- Candidates should be willing to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively with the team.
