Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at Envision is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will handle student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about programs, application processes, and timelines. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating with counseling and documentation teams to ensure a smooth experience. The representative will follow up on leads, schedule appointments, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced education consulting environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer interaction skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in general Customer Service roles.
Ability to deliver effective Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Focus on enhancing overall Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Organizational skills with attention to detail in handling documentation and follow-ups.
Comfort working with CRM or similar systems, and basic proficiency in standard office software.
Prior experience in education consulting, counseling, or service-oriented roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any discipline.
