About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes measurable acquisition and engagement programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and landing pages for a growing technology business.
The role turns audience insights and campaign data into qualified demand and stronger digital experiences, partnering with content, product marketing, sales, and design to improve conversion across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
Build and maintain landing pages, email journeys, forms, and lead-nurture workflows using HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent tools
Manage SEO execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, internal linking, and performance reporting
Analyze GA4, CRM, and advertising data to track traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
Run A/B tests across ad creative, email subject lines, landing-page copy, and calls to action; document results and recommendations
Coordinate the content and campaign calendar with writers, designers, product marketers, and sales stakeholders
Create recurring dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
What We Are Looking For
1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C technology environment
Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and marketing analytics
Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, HubSpot or Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a CRM such as Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate findings into clear optimization plans
Clear written communication and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus: Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS, Looker Studio, Salesforce reporting, marketing attribution, or A/B testing platforms
