Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership across SOLCORE’s technology and business operations. This role oversees long-term growth initiatives, drives digital product and service strategy, and ensures alignment between engineering capabilities and client business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance and quality standards, managing key client relationships, and guiding major programs in areas such as cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital ecosystems. The Senior Vice President collaborates with executive leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational development, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, identifying new market opportunities, and representing the company in high-level partner and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
Strategic leadership skills, including experience in setting vision, driving growth initiatives, and aligning technology strategy with business goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale cross-functional technology teams in areas such as software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
Strong background in IT services or digital product organizations, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and portfolios.
Proficiency in executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation for high-performance operations.
Track record of driving process improvement, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience will be considered.
Comfort working in a remote-first environment, with strong self-management, digital collaboration, and decision-making skills.
