Role Description The Executive Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for leading SOLCORE’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and overall business performance across its technology and services portfolio. This position oversees cross-functional teams, drives long-term vision and market positioning, and ensures that delivery, innovation, and customer success are aligned with company objectives. Daily activities include setting and tracking strategic KPIs, guiding senior leaders, reviewing major client engagements and partnerships, and making data-driven decisions on resource allocation and investment priorities. The Executive Vice President collaborates closely with the executive team on financial planning, risk management, and organizational development, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves representing SOLCORE in key external forums, supporting business development efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
Strategic leadership and executive management skills, including experience setting vision, defining KPIs, and guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes.
Strong background in IT, software, or digital solutions, with the ability to understand and oversee areas such as web and mobile development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, AI, and digital ecosystems.
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, and client relationship leadership, preferably in a technology services or consulting environment.
Financial acumen and operational management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance optimization in a growth-focused organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team setting.
Track record of driving organizational change, building high-performing teams, and promoting inclusive, transparent, and outcome-oriented work cultures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
Prior executive or senior leadership experience in an IT or digital solutions company,
