Role Description The Vice President Finance role at SOLCORE is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the company’s overall financial strategy and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. The role will supervise the preparation of financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on growth, investment, and cost optimization. The Vice President Finance will collaborate with executive and functional teams on business planning, risk management, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This role also involves implementing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls to support a scalable, technology-focused organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including leadership experience in corporate or technology-driven environments.
Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and identify opportunities and risks.
Experience with financial controls, cash flow management, and risk management frameworks.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting and communicate complex financial information clearly.
Background in technology, SaaS, or digital services environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or similar qualification is an advantage.
