Role Description The MERN Stack Developer will work full time on-site at the Bhubaneswar office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces using React, building and managing back-end services with Node.js and Express, and designing and optimizing databases with MongoDB. The role involves writing clean, testable code, integrating APIs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also work closely with designers, digital marketing specialists, and other engineers to support scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong proficiency in the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Candidates should possess skills in front-end development such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and component-based architecture.
Candidates should possess back-end development skills including RESTful API design, authentication/authorization, and server-side performance optimization.
Candidates should possess experience with version control, build and deployment tools, such as Git, npm/yarn, and CI/CD workflows.
Candidates should possess familiarity with security best practices, data protection, and basic DevOps or cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience working in a digital agency or product development environment and exposure to SEO or analytics integration is an added advantage.
