Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3 years of experience to work on premium holiday home and resort developments. The candidate should have strong design sensibility suited for hospitality and leisure projects, along with practical experience in working drawings, consultant coordination, and site supervision.
The role involves planning aesthetically appealing, environment-friendly, and marketable developments aligned with real estate feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of concept designs for holiday villas, cottages, and resort layouts
Master planning of gated holiday home projects and resort campuses
Preparation of sanction drawings and coordination for local authority approvals
Development of detailed working drawings and GFC drawings
Coordination with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior consultants
Site visits to ensure design intent is properly executed
Ensure projects align with terrain conditions (hill slopes / coastal regulations if applicable)
Assist in FSI calculations, area statements, and feasibility studies
Support management in design optimization and cost-effective planning
Vendor coordination and material finalization suitable for resort aesthetics
Required Skills:
Strong command over AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D visualization preferred
Understanding of hospitality design standards
Knowledge of DCR / UDCPR and approval processes
Ability to work on contour-based planning (hill projects preferred)
Good presentation and client-handling skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in resort, farmhouse, villa, or second-home projects
Strong aesthetic sense with focus on landscape integration
Practical site experience in premium projects
Ability to independently handle small to mid-size projects
Passion for nature-oriented and experiential design
