FLO Weaving Design

This Position is Based on Kolhapur Location for JB-11 and no accommodation. Job Purpose
To carry out extensive design analysis of bulk orders. To coordinate in carrying out first piece fabric’s design analysis post grey inspection stage. To coordinate in analyzing finished fabric against customer design requirements
Job Context & Major Challenges
The main work of the weaving design team is to provide design related details like construction, weave, count, yarn count , shade etc. to PPC for production planning in addition to guiding the weaving department in looming accurate weaving patterns in fabric by providing design specifications and instructions regarding warp and weft.
The team also analyzes the first loom piece against the customer design requirements like shade, count, construction etc.
Challenges
Minimizing new shade dyeing and maximizing utilization of dyed yarn stock

KRA1 To carry out extensive design analysis of bulk orders
Assisting in carrying out extensive design analysis of swatch or CAD provided by marketing team
Forward design details such as count, EPI, PPI, shade matching, cril, acid dye, etc. to PPC team
KRA2 To coordinate in carrying out first piece fabric’s design analysis post grey inspection stage
Assisting in analyzing first fabric piece against customer requirements
In case of design deviations in fabric piece, informing concerned persons
KRA3 To coordinate in analyzing finished fabric against customer design requirements
Assisting in analyzing fabric design post finishing
