Role Description The Hair Specialist will be responsible for providing a range of hair services, including hair styling, cutting, and care treatments for clients in an on-site setting in Varanasi. This full-time role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles or treatments, and delivering services that align with professional standards and brand guidelines. The Hair Specialist will maintain a clean, hygienic workstation, follow salon safety protocols, and ensure proper use of tools and products. Daily tasks also include scheduling and managing appointments, building client relationships through attentive service, and supporting the team in creating a positive, professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills to deliver a range of contemporary and classic looks.
Candidates should possess solid Hair Care and Cosmetology skills to provide treatments that support hair health and appearance.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, understand client needs, and ensure a positive experience.
Formal training or certification in cosmetology or hairdressing from a recognized institution is preferred.
Experience working in a salon or beauty studio environment, with knowledge of hygiene and safety standards, is beneficial.
Ability to work full time on-site in Varanasi, manage time effectively, and collaborate respectfully with team members.
