Schools/Training Coordinator II

JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate educational materials and registrations for the Urban Entomology Program. Work with the South Carolina Education Committee to help coordinate regional and statewide programs. Function as the main liaison for Urban Entomology with the pest management industry in South Carolina.
JOB DUTIES:
5% - Develop training evaluations, testing materials, and promotional materials for the Urban Entomology program.

10% - Answer program questions via the phone, email, texts, or social media.

10% - Acquire and keep attendance records and submit pesticide applicator recertification records for South Carolina and surrounding states as needed.

15% - Plan and coordinate the annual Fall Forum virtual conference and other Urban Entomology Program training courses as needed each year.

60% - Plan and coordinate annual wood-damaging pest workshops including the Wood Infestation Report trainings, Apprentice Termite Technician trainings, Master Termite Technician trainings and the Termite Control Basics trainings.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
