D365 Developer- Romania

We are looking for a D365 Developer to join our client's team and contribute to the development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#, and .NET, with a strong understanding of CRM solutions and business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications, including entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript where required.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and Azure services.
Work with Microsoft Dataverse to design and implement data models and business logic.
Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Create and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and other Dynamics 365 extensions.
Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development and coding standards.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
Good programming experience with C# and .NET.
Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience developing and configuring Dynamics 365 plugins and customizations.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
Good understanding of CRM concepts, data models, security, and business processes.
Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.
Good command of English.
Nice to Have
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure API Management.
Knowledge of Power Pages.
Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).
Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Experience with automated testing.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solution management and ALM.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
German language skills would be an advantage.
