Government Contracts Attorney (Contract, Hourly)

We're a small federal contractor, and we need a licensed attorney for a limited-scope government contracts matter: intervening at GAO in a bid protest of a contract we won.
What you'll do:
File our notice of intervention and apply for admission to GAO's protective order
Review the protest and the agency report, and write the parts of our filings that rely on protected material
Review and file the rest, which we draft
Send us the redacted filings
What we need:
An active law license in good standing in any U.S. state
No current federal employment, and no conflict with the protester (we'll share the name for your conflicts check)
No role in any company's bidding or pricing decisions, so GAO can admit you to the protective order
GAO bid protest experience is a plus, not a must
Pay is $100 an hour, capped at 40 hours unless we agree to more in writing. We'd like to start this week.
