Sr. UIUX Designer

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to raise the bar on design quality across our websites and products. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframing to polished, accessible interfaces — and help build the design systems that keep our products consistent as we scale.
Responsibilities
Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and FigJam
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
Design responsive web experiences and mobile app interfaces (iOS HIG, Material Design)
Design meaningful interactions and micro-animations that enhance usability
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and heatmap tools to identify friction points
Prepare clean, well-documented designs for developer handoff
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process
Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
