AIML Developer

Role Overview
We’re expanding our AI initiatives and looking for AI/ML Developers to build agentic and LLM-powered solutions across departments, including intelligent capabilities for our proctoring platform. You’ll work hands-on with modern LLM frameworks to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation and applications that solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
Build applications powered by LLM APIs
Build AI-driven integrity and monitoring capabilities for our proctoring platform, such as behavioral anomaly detection, automated flagging, and intelligent proctoring workflows
Develop agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, ChromaDB)
Design and refine prompts for reliability, accuracy, and safety
Build and expose services using FastAPI or Flask
Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate tools and data sources with LLM agents
Fine-tune or apply ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or Scikit-learn where relevant
Automate workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure OpenAI Service / Azure Machine Learning and Docker
Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure safe, reliable LLM outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our proctoring product team, to identify and scope AI use cases
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
