About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Backend Software Developer (m/w/d) to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our proven ERP application, implementing new features, and customizing solutions to meet specific client requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the ongoing development, optimization, and integration of our software systems, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced functionality. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be vital as you help shape the future of our ERP solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on innovative projects within a stable and forward-thinking organization, with a competitive annual salary ranging from 68,000 to 78,000 euros.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, such as a vocational training as a Fachinformatiker for application development, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification. You should have solid experience in backend development, particularly with Spring Boot, and be proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages. Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular and experience with Jasper Reports are advantageous but not mandatory. A strong understanding of clean code principles, structured development processes, and sustainable software architecture is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate enthusiasm for teamwork, coupled with the ability to independently drive projects forward.
Responsibilities
Modernize and enhance our established ERP application to meet evolving business needs.
Participate in the analysis, conception, design, development, and testing of new functionalities and modules.
Create and integrate interfaces for communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth data exchange.
Continuously improve existing applications through optimization and performance tuning.
Provide technical support during the deployment of new features and software release cycles.
Collaborate closely with internal ERP teams and external partners to ensure project success and alignment.
