About the Opportunity:
The FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST 3 plays a critical role in analyzing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency within the healthcare system. This position supports decision-making by developing and testing reports, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver accurate financial insights. The role enables the organization to maintain high standards of financial performance and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operational leaders and multiple departments on routine and ad-hoc projects
Analyze complex financial data, costs, revenue trends, and performance metrics
Develop and test reports and analyses from various data sources
Design and implement reporting processes and project logic
Gather and report financial and statistical metrics for internal and external use
Ensure data definitions and integrity across reports and dashboards
Coordinate with Data Management & Business Intelligence teams for timely financial reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business management, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, finance, accounting, business, statistics, or equivalent operational experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
Healthcare operational experience, especially in Patient Access including registration, scheduling, or authorization
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
