Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness
Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally
Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way
Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping
Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
Candidate Profile
Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role
Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written
Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures
Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience
