About the Opportunity:
The TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER will play a critical role in enhancing software quality by designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for enterprise web, API, and distributed systems. This position contributes significantly to engineering quality assurance by partnering with development teams to increase test coverage, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and support faster, more reliable software delivery.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated testing frameworks for web, API, and distributed systems
Maintain and enhance existing test automation suites
Collaborate with development teams to expand test coverage
Integrate automation processes into CI/CD pipelines
Apply testing strategies including risk-based and exploratory testing
Participate in Agile development processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
Six or more years of experience in QA automation
Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Experience automating REST APIs
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
Solid SQL skills for data validation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 annually
