About the Opportunity:
The HR BPO DELIVERY ANALYST is responsible for delivering payroll accounting and funding analytical expertise to clients. The role supports financial accuracy, compliance, and risk management by resolving accounting and funding issues, facilitating implementations, and driving continuous improvements that impact client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Perform payroll-to-General Ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare bank and funding reconciliations and clear reconciling items.
Analyze payroll variances and compliance issues; recommend resolutions.
Assess risks related to escalated issues and advise management and clients.
Prepare or support journal entries and accounting adjustments.
Provide functional and technical support for payroll accounting and funding issues.
Support client implementations, year-end activities, and payroll accounting delivery.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Serve as subject matter expert for audit requests and maintain audit controls.
Maintain process documentation and enforce work instructions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
Identify and support automation and process improvement initiatives.
Share knowledge, train, and coach team members.
Build effective relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; accounting experience required.
Preferred experience in payroll accounting, financial reporting, or funding.
1-3 years experience with Workday or similar ERP/accounting systems.
Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and payroll processes.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial issues, assess risks, and make recommendations.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, following established controls.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a global environment.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
