About the Role
Voltage is seeking motivated Production Associates. The Production Staff role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow production team members to meet operational goals.
What You’ll Do
Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components, operating production equipment, and preparing materials for processing.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Set up, operate, and monitor machinery or tools as trained to support production requirements.
Meet hourly and daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards.
Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S or similar practices.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred but not required.
Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or machinery is a plus.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
