Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.
Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.
Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.
Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.
Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
