What We’re Looking For
🎥 Strong expertise in Videography & Cinematography
🎬 Strong hands-on expertise in Video Editing & Post-Production
💡 Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
👥 Experience in leading and managing a creative team
📸 Good understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, framing and production
🎞️ Strong knowledge of editing, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics
💻 Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools
📁 Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory
What You’ll Do
• Lead the creative direction for EPACK PREFAB’s digital and brand communication
• Conceptualise and produce videos for projects, products, campaigns, corporate communication and social media
• Plan and execute professional video shoots, including camera, lighting, composition, movement and shot planning
• Independently edit videos, including colour correction, sound, transitions, motion graphics and final post-production
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual narratives
• Lead and mentor graphic designers and video editors
• Review and improve creative output to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity
• Work closely with the marketing and business teams to turn ideas into engaging visual content
• Build new video and creative formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
The Person We’re Looking For
This is not just a videographer role and not just a team-management role.
We need someone who can personally get behind the camera, create a strong visual concept, shoot it, edit if required or get the editing done from team and deliver the final output - while also having the ability to lead and guide a creative team.
