US Accounting

Position: US Accounting Associate / Senior Associate
Function: Shared Services – F&A Delivery
Location: Delhi/Noida(Work from Office, 5 days/week)
Shift: Evening shift, aligned to US business hours
Experience: 7- 10 years, with direct experience serving US clients
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end month-end close for a portfolio of US clients, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies independently
• Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) within client-defined timelines
• Maintain clean, audit-ready books across QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho
• Flag anomalies, variances, or process gaps proactively rather than waiting for review comments
• Coordinate directly with US-based clients on queries, clarifications, and reporting requirements
• Support onboarding of new client engagements, including chart of accounts setup and process documentation
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, with a meaningful portion serving US-based clients
• Strong hands-on expertise in reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
• Working proficiency across QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and general familiarity with US accounting practices
• Comfortable working evening hours to overlap with US time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication for direct client interaction
• CA / CA Inter / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred, not mandatory
