WE’RE HIRING | MIDDLEWARE L2 ENGINEER 🚨
📍 Location: Delhi
💼 Experience: 5-7 Years
📌 Job Type: Full-Time
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Middleware L2 Engineer to provide first-level support for middleware and application environments, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring, incident management, and timely escalation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• 24x7 monitoring of middleware environments
• Monitor application servers and middleware services
• Perform health checks and predefined operational procedures
• Troubleshoot alerts and middleware issues
• Log, track, and escalate incidents as per SLA/SOP
• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution
• Check service status, logs, and application availability
• Support deployment validation and post-deployment monitoring
• Prepare shift handover notes and operational reports
• Maintain incident records and documentation
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Change & Problem Management processes
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Basic knowledge of WebLogic, Tomcat & JBoss
✅ Linux & Windows fundamentals
✅ Log analysis & troubleshooting
✅ Application monitoring tools
✅ ITIL Foundation knowledge preferred
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
⭐ Preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification
