🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – ELV Systems with strong hands-on expertise in CCTV, Access Control, PAVA and Telephone/PBX systems. The role involves installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of critical ELV infrastructure.

CCTV | Access Control | PAVA Systems | ELV | PBX | VoIP | Troubleshooting
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, NVRs, servers & Milestone VMS
Manage Access Control Systems (ACS), controllers, readers & AC2000
Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV/ACS applications, alarms and devices
Support PAVA (Public Address & Voice Alarm) systems, configuration changes and incident resolution
Maintain and troubleshoot Alcatel-Lucent PBX, IP/Digital phones, SIP, VoIP, IVR & voicemail
Perform preventive maintenance, backups, system health checks and upgrades
Handle incident, change and problem management as per ITIL processes
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and telecom providers
Maintain technical documentation, reports, tickets and inventory
Ensure SLA compliance and high system availability in a 24x7x365 environment
🔹 Required Technical Skills
✅ CCTV – Milestone VMS, IP Cameras, NVR/Servers
✅ Access Control – AC2000, Controllers, Readers, RTC/CDC
✅ PAVA – Monitoring, Configuration & Troubleshooting
✅ Telephone – Alcatel-Lucent PBX, SIP, VoIP, IVR
✅ Networking – LAN/WAN, IP Addressing, ONVIF
✅ Windows & basic Linux
✅ Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or related field.
