Role: B2C – Direct Student Counselling
We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to join a leading global education and study-abroad platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on European public universities, courses, eligibility, fees, and admission requirements.
Manage the complete student journey from initial counselling to application, admission, visa, and pre-departure.
Drive lead conversions and achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective follow-ups.
Coordinate with application and visa teams to ensure timely submissions and smooth processing.
Maintain CRM updates and stay informed about European study-abroad requirements.
What We're Looking For:
1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, education counselling, or study-abroad advisory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of European universities and admissions processes is an advantage.
A proactive, accountable, and target-oriented mindset.
