Role Description The Online AI Trainer is responsible for reviewing, refining, and generating text-based content to help improve AI models used across SNVA Group’s digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity, creating high-quality written examples, following detailed guidelines, and providing structured feedback on AI behavior. This contract role requires consistent adherence to quality standards, completion of assigned tasks within deadlines, and collaboration with internal teams through online communication tools. The position is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from any location with a reliable internet connection.
Qualifications
Strong written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate, refine, and create clear, coherent text.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines, instructions, and quality criteria consistently.
Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic productivity software; familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet project-based deadlines.
Relevant education or experience in fields such as linguistics, communications, education, computer science, or related disciplines is beneficial.
Prior experience in content review, quality assurance, tutoring, or data annotation for AI systems is an advantage but not required.
