Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Employment Defense Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, California. This role offers hybrid and remote work flexibility. The attorney will defend employers in workplace-related claims, managing cases from inception to resolution in a collaborative environment.
Duties
Manage discovery, including drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.
Proactively communicate with clients throughout litigation.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, complying with case management requirements.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Licensed to practice in the State of California.
6+ years of employment defense litigation experience.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
Excellent time management skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
