Job Overview
A law firm seeks a skilled Associate Trademark Attorney to join their team in Chicago. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work under the supervision of a Lead Trademark Attorney, assisting clients with trademark selection, clearance, registration, protection, and enforcement.
Duties
Manage trademark matters at various stages.
Oversee trademark portfolios.
Support U.S. and international trademark filings.
Conduct comprehensive trademark searches.
Respond to Office Actions effectively.
Counsel clients on infringement and enforcement issues.
Requirements
Experience in trademark law.
Ability to manage multiple trademark portfolios.
Proficiency in conducting trademark searches.
Strong communication skills for client counseling.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the United States.
Skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
