Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to lead a pod of 3–5 Salesforce Developers. The role will work closely with the Technical Architect, Technical Project Manager, Functional Architect, and Pod BA to ensure quality development and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track daily developer tasks and identify blockers.
Review BA requirements with developers before development begins.
Lead daily pod standups and coordinate development activities.
Perform first-level code reviews before Technical Architect review.
Mentor 3–5 developers and drive technical best practices.
Identify and escalate technical and delivery risks.
Cascade technical knowledge from the Technical Architect to the development team.
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development.
Strong Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Formula Fields.
REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, Platform Events, Salesforce Connect.
Data migration using Data Loader, External IDs, Upsert.
Salesforce security: OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, FLS, Permission Sets.
Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Git, CI/CD, Gearset/Copado or equivalent.
Preferred
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Cloud.
Marketing Cloud / Experience Cloud.
OmniStudio – DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts.
Managed Packages / ISV patterns.
JavaScript / ES6+ and advanced LWC.
Certifications
Salesforce Administrator
Platform App Builder
Platform Developer I
Platform Developer II
