Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead – Salesforce Sales Cloud with strong hands-on expertise in AccelQ test automation to lead QA strategy, automation initiatives, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce implementations.
The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce Sales Cloud functional testing knowledge, automation expertise, and proven experience leading QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor manual and automation QA engineers.
Define QA strategies, test plans, frameworks, and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using AccelQ.
Build reusable automation components, test cases, datasets, and workflows.
Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Reports, and Dashboards.
Validate business workflows, approval processes, custom objects, integrations, and business logic.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Perform REST/SOAP API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Validate Salesforce security configurations, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Admins, and Architects.
Track defects, report QA metrics, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Required Skills
8–12 years of overall QA experience.
4+ years of Salesforce testing experience, preferably with Sales Cloud.
Hands-on AccelQ automation experience – MUST HAVE.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects, workflows, and business processes.
Experience in UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Postman.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
Strong QA leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience with Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Exposure to test data management and validation tools such as Valgenesis.
Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), performance testing, and security testing.
Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
