Role Description The Technical Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts by serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, understanding their logistics workflows, and aligning eShipz solutions with their business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, coordinating technical integrations with customer systems, monitoring account performance, and proactively resolving issues related to platform usage, carrier allocation, and shipment exceptions. The role involves analyzing account data to identify optimization opportunities, preparing business reviews, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The Technical Key Account Manager will also work on retention and expansion initiatives, advocate for customer needs, and contribute feedback to improve platform features and processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage strategic customers, drive retention, and support account growth.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce platforms is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles in SaaS or logistics; ability to join immediately is preferred.
