Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Flask Developer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with an immediate joining requirement. The role focuses on building and maintaining back-end services for the eShipz logistics platform using Python and Flask, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integrating MongoDB databases, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating with front-end developers and product teams to deliver end-to-end features. The developer will also troubleshoot production issues, optimize queries and application performance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong back-end web development skills, including experience with Python and Flask.
Solid software development skills with a focus on building scalable, maintainable applications.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and core programming concepts.
Hands-on experience working with databases, preferably MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
Approximately 3 years of relevant development experience, ideally in product-based or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with RESTful API design, integration, and security best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of deployment, debugging, and monitoring in a production environment.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and join immediately.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
