Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focused primarily on Figma-driven design work. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, and brand communications, ensuring consistency with eShipz’s design guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user interfaces and components in Figma, preparing graphics for web and mobile experiences, and collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams. The role involves translating concepts into clear visual stories, developing and maintaining design systems, and iterating designs based on feedback and user insights. The ideal candidate will be able to join immediately and contribute to elevating the visual identity of eShipz across multiple touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design, with the ability to create high-quality Graphics for digital products and marketing materials.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, ensuring cohesive visual identity across platforms and campaigns.
Proficiency in Typography, including selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear, accessible communication.
Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design, component libraries, prototypes, and design systems.
3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic or Product Designer, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or technology-driven companies.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work, user-centric thinking, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and basic understanding of front-end or product development workflows is a plus.
Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
