Role Description The Solution Engineer – BA role at eShipz is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the professional will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and configure eShipz solutions to meet those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and development teams, supporting integrations with customer systems and carriers, performing solution demos, and assisting with presales and implementation activities. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, documenting processes, and ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support for immediate and new customers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong software development and system integration understanding, with the ability to work with APIs, data mapping, and technical workflows.
Candidates should possess consulting and business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design aligned to logistics operations.
Candidates should possess sales and presales capabilities, such as conducting demos, supporting proposals, and collaborating with sales teams to address customer needs.
Candidates should possess integration-focused skills, including coordinating with technical teams and external partners to ensure successful end-to-end solution deployment.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in solution engineering, business analysis, or a similar role.
Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of logistics or eCommerce domains, strong communication and stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and readiness to join immediately.
