Role Description The Strategic Partnership Associate (SaaS) is a full-time role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area., combining in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on identifying, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships with logistics providers, technology platforms, and key business stakeholders to expand eShipz’s ecosystem and market reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners, managing outreach and pitches, coordinating demos, and supporting contract discussions in collaboration with sales and leadership teams. The associate will track partner performance, maintain partner relationships, and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure mutual value and successful integrations. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining a partnership pipeline, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives for new joint offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in partnership development, business development, or account management within SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce (2+ years preferred).
Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation to drive win–win partnerships.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research, analyze data, and prepare concise reports and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email communication and presentation skills.
Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics dashboards to manage pipelines and track performance.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Understanding of logistics, shipping, or SaaS business models is highly beneficial; prior experience in the Greater Bengaluru tech or startup ecosystem is a plus.
