Key Responsibilities
Lead overall Copilot and AI solution architecture.
Conduct discovery and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders.
Assess and prioritize Copilot/AI use cases.
Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
Define AI agent architecture and integration approach.
Establish security, governance, access, and responsible AI standards.
Guide technical teams across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365, and integrations.
Support PoCs, pilots, deployment strategy, and technical handover.
Preferred Certification
Microsoft certification relevant to:
Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft 365
Copilot Studio
Power Platform
Azure / AI architecture
