About the Role
Nexreq is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support internal recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations at our offshore office in Uppal, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal hiring, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate onboarding, document verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and confidential HR documentation.
Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Address employee queries and communicate company policies.
Support employee engagement and performance review coordination.
Manage exit formalities and offboarding documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR or attendance systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Uppal, Hyderabad.
Experience in a staffing or recruitment company is preferred.
