Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert supporting learners of all age groups within the Indian region. The professional will design and deliver structured phonics and public speaking sessions online, adapting content to suit different age levels and learning needs. Daily activities include planning lesson content, conducting live interactive classes, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves creating learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, and maintaining accurate records of sessions and learner performance. The expert is expected to promote a confident, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and communication skills.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics instruction, including sound recognition, blending, and reading fluency for diverse age groups.
Advanced public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to coach learners in voice modulation, clarity, and stage presence.
Experience in online teaching or e-learning delivery, including comfort with digital platforms, virtual classrooms, and interactive tools.
Lesson planning and curriculum development skills, with the ability to structure age-appropriate, goal-oriented learning modules.
Assessment and feedback skills, including the ability to evaluate performance and provide clear, supportive guidance for improvement.
Excellent English language proficiency; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support learners from varied backgrounds in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field; relevant certifications in phonics or public speaking are preferred.
Prior experience teaching children, adolescents, or adults in group and one-on-one settings within the Indian education context is beneficial.
