Role Description The Executive Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and scaling Iber TMS’s worldwide operational strategy. This position oversees end-to-end operations for last-mile delivery solutions, including process design, performance optimization, and supply chain coordination across regions. Day-to-day tasks include setting operational goals, managing global KPIs, guiding continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with product, technology, and commercial teams to support Logistics 4.0 solutions. The role also involves directing large, cross-functional projects, establishing standardized operating procedures, building high-performing global operations teams, and ensuring customer-centric service delivery. The Executive Vice President will represent operations at the executive level, contributing to long-term strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills to design, optimize, and scale global processes.
Supply Chain Management expertise to oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery networks and logistics performance.
Strategic Planning capabilities to align global operations with business growth, innovation, and market expansion goals.
Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-country initiatives and drive on-time, on-budget execution.
Demonstrated experience in senior or executive-level operations roles, ideally in logistics, transportation, or technology-enabled services.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, including experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Proven leadership skills in building and mentoring diverse, distributed teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, digital logistics platforms, or Logistics 4.0 concepts is highly beneficial.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent experience preferred.
